His continued goal of excellence in dental wellness care and service to the people who entrust their oral health along with the leadership in his profession has led Dr. Scott to earn this Lifetime Honor from the Academy of General Dentistry.
On a more than personal level, Dr. Scott and his wife Kari have been major supporters of the LSU School of Dentistry. Both he and Kari are each members of the prestigious LSUSD Committee of 100. They take continued their financial support as a Sustaining Partner in the expansion and renovation of the LSU Schoolhouse of Dentistry. Dr. Scott has been a Director on the LSU Schoolhouse of Dentistry Alumni Clan from 2011 to the present. In 2017, he was elected President-elect of the LSU School of Dentistry Alumni Clan. For 2018-2019, Dr. Scott will be leading the Alumni Association for the New Orleans Health Scientific discipline Center School of Dentistry.
